The Comprehensive Support and School Coexistence Teams from CPV Providencia participated in a collaborative meeting and work session.

07-09-2026

The Comprehensive Support and School Coexistence teams at CPV Providencia took part in a collaborative working session aimed primarily at fostering connections, sharing experiences, and strengthening coordination across the school's various cycles.

Under the theme "Getting to Know Each Other to Work as a Network," the teams discussed their core functions, the situations and needs they address most frequently, and the different approaches used to support students, families, and teachers, tailored to the specific characteristics of each cycle.

The session also highlighted that, while the realities of the Early, Primary, Middle, and Senior cycles differ, the teams share many experiences, challenges, and goals. Through the exchange of experiences, participants reflected on case coordination, follow-up procedures, and ways to strengthen communication and support across the different areas.

Furthermore, the work was grounded in concrete situations, inviting participants to analyze the roles of various professionals, the order of intervention, how families are involved, what is documented, and when external support should be sought; this fostered a shared perspective on how we support our students.

This session helped strengthen networking and the sharing of best practices, while highlighting the importance of ongoing coordination among teams—recognizing that the comprehensive support provided to our students is built upon diverse, complementary professional perspectives.

We continue to create opportunities to come together, learn from one another, and strengthen our collaborative efforts to foster the well-being and holistic development of our students.
