On Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 December, Year 2 students took part in theEducational Workshop on Astronomy and Science, an enriching learning experience led by Mauricio Leiva, a parent from class 2D. The activity aimed to bring children closer to the world of science and astronomy in a didactic, engaging and meaningful way.Throughout the workshop, students explored basic concepts related to the universe, planets and astronomical phenomena, encouraging curiosity, observation and interest in scientific exploration. The initiative created a participatory space where children learned through experience and wonder, strengthening their connection with science from an early age. This valuable collaboration reflects the importance of joint work between families and the school community, contributing to the students’ holistic development and enriching learning experiences within the school.
