As part of the Virtual Exchange program, an initiative that promotes interaction between students and different cultures worldwide through connections with schools in the ISP network, during the 2025–2026 period, class 6B successfully completed its virtual exchange journey with the British School of Geneva in Switzerland. This virtual exchange allowed our students to interact with peers from other countries without the need to travel, while also strengthening their English communication skills and developing global and digital competencies.Throughout the experience, students participated in various asynchronous activities. One of these involved creating a video tour of their respective schools, allowing them to learn about the educational environment of the partner community. They also shared images of their daily routines and leisure activities, gaining insight into the lifestyles and customs of their Swiss peers. In addition, students engaged in synchronous sessions where they held conversations in English, identifying similarities and differences between both cultures and strengthening their communication skills in a real and meaningful context.Overall, this experience was a valuable opportunity to further enhance students’ English proficiency and global skills, fostering a more open, collaborative, and intercultural worldview.
