During the week of April 7, our school celebrated Physical Activity Week, with each division organizing activities focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and physical well-being.Primary and Middle School students used their recess periods to participate in activities different from their usual routines, including volleyball, dodgeball, and Zumba sessions. Meanwhile, students enrolled in the Active and Healthy Lifestyles Promotion elective organized a fair where each stand explored topics related to physical activity, health, and sports.In addition, Early Years School students enjoyed a special day of inflatable games on Friday. This activity encouraged physical activity through play while supporting the development of motor skills, coordination, and enjoyment of movement in a fun and safe environment.
