Outstanding participation in the CPV Agustinas cueca championship

On Saturday, September 26, our students participated in a cueca championship held at the Pedro de Valdivia Agustinas School.

On Saturday, September 26, our students participated in a *cueca* championship held at Colegio Pedro de Valdivia Agustinas, representing our community with enthusiasm, dedication, and pride in our traditions.

Among the participants, Sofía R. and Julián Á. (1st Grade B) stood out, taking first place in the 1st-grade category. Additionally, Maite Á. (4th Grade B) and Ignacio R. (4th Grade C) secured third place in the 3rd and 4th-grade category. Congratulations on this great achievement!

The following couples also participated in the event:
Amanda C. and Sebastián F. (7th Grade C)
Emilia P. and Pedro C. (7th Grade B)
Florencia Q. and Joaquín P. (8th Grade A)
Constanza M. and José Tomás S. (8th Grade B)

They all competed in the 7th and 8th-grade category, while Valeria L. and Lok Y. (II°C) participated in the 9th and 10th-grade category.

The event also fostered a special connection with our community, as the championship’s opening performance was presented by the *Raíces Valdivianas* ensemble—a group made up of parents from our school—who kicked off the proceedings by showcasing our traditions through music and dance.

We congratulate all the students and parents who participated in and contributed to this celebration of our traditions while representing our school.
