Outstanding Participation in Interscholastic Chess Tournament

Four students from our school participated in the first round of the “2026 Interscholastic Chess Tournament Series,”

Held last Saturday, May 9, at Kendal English School.

The event, which took place on the school’s sports court, brought together 155 players of different ages, representing 21 schools from across Santiago.

Our students delivered an outstanding performance, earning medals and achieving important positions in the tournament rankings.

The results were as follows:

• Facundo V. – 3rd Grade C – 2nd Place
• Diego D. – 11th Grade B – 3rd Place
• Matías F. – 7th Grade B – 3rd Place
• Andrés R. – 5th Grade B – 4th Place

We congratulate our students for their commitment, dedication, and excellent performance, reflecting the talent and perseverance they demonstrate both on and off the chessboard. We wish them continued success in the upcoming rounds of the championship!
