On Thursday, October 22, the Early Years School hosted an enriching session for families titled “How to Support Emotional Self-Regulation?” Organized by the division’s Comprehensive Support Team, the workshop was attended by 14 parents. During the session, we shared practical strategies and tools to help children recognize and regulate their emotions, fostering their well-being both at home and at school. Families also received materials to apply what they had learned at home, ensuring a collaborative and consistent approach across both environments. The event also provided a valuable opportunity for dialogue, allowing families to share their experiences, concerns, and challenges in an environment defined by attentive listening and mutual support. Because every emotion is an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow together, we continue to strengthen the bond between home and school—supporting our children’s emotional development with love, patience, and consistent boundaries. We thank the families who participated in this session, and we look forward to creating more opportunities for us to come together, learn, and grow as a community.
